Your Privacy Comes First

• Your information belongs to you. Bio360AI only collects health, wellness, account, and related information that you choose to provide, upload, or authorize through connected services such as Apple Health and supported wearable devices.

• We use your information only to provide and support Bio360AI. Your personal and health information is not sold, rented, or provided to advertisers or data brokers.

• You control connected information. You decide whether to connect Apple Health, wearables, or other supported services and which permissions to grant. You can change or revoke those permissions through the applicable service or your device settings.

• We minimize the information we use. Bio360AI is designed to collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to provide the services and features you choose to use.

• Health information is not used for advertising. Information obtained through Apple HealthKit or other connected health sources is not used for advertising or marketing profiles.

Your Information Is Protected

• Secure AWS environment. Bio360AI stores your information within our Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment using security safeguards designed to protect sensitive information.

• Encryption at every stage. Your information is encrypted while being transmitted and while stored within our systems.

• Strict access controls. Access to personal and health information is restricted through permissions and security controls. Only authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate operational need are permitted access.

• Your identity is protected during AI-assisted processing. Bio360AI is designed to exclude direct account identifiers, including your name, email address, login credentials, and contact information, from information submitted to Amazon Bedrock for AI-assisted processing.

• We limit the information processed. Only information necessary for the feature you choose to use is submitted for AI-assisted processing. Your Bio360AI account identity is kept separate from this information.

• Security is an ongoing responsibility. Bio360AI uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your information and reviews these protections as our services evolve.

Controlled Use of Trusted Services

• We use trusted technology providers when necessary. Bio360AI uses carefully selected service providers to support secure cloud infrastructure, authentication, connected services, data processing, and other functions required to operate Bio360AI.

• Amazon Bedrock supports AI-assisted features. When you choose to use a feature requiring AI-assisted processing, Bio360AI may securely submit the information needed for that feature to Amazon Bedrock, a service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Your direct identity is kept separate. Bio360AI is designed not to include your name, email address, login credentials, or contact information in information submitted to Amazon Bedrock for AI-assisted processing.

• Your information is not used to train foundation models. AWS states that Amazon Bedrock customer inputs and outputs are not shared with model providers and are not used by AWS or third-party model providers to train their foundation models.

• Your information remains protected. AWS provides encryption in transit and at rest and access-control capabilities for Amazon Bedrock. Bio360AI additionally applies its own access controls and privacy safeguards.

• Permission comes first. Before personal health information is submitted to Amazon Bedrock, Bio360AI will clearly inform you and ask for your permission. If you decline, your personal health information will not be submitted to Amazon Bedrock for AI-assisted processing.

You're Always in Control

• You decide what to share. You control the information you provide, documents you upload, and supported health services you connect to Bio360AI.

• You control your permissions. Apple Health permissions can be changed or revoked through Apple Health or your device settings. Supported wearable and connected-service permissions can also be disconnected or revoked.

• AI-assisted processing is your choice. Bio360AI asks for your permission before personal health information is submitted to Amazon Bedrock for AI-assisted processing. If you decline, that information will not be submitted.

• You can change your choice. Permission for future AI-assisted processing can be withdrawn through Settings → Privacy → AI-Assisted Insights. Once withdrawn, Bio360AI will not make new submissions of your personal health information to Amazon Bedrock unless you provide permission again.

• We retain information only as needed. Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Bio360AI services and meet legitimate security, legal, backup, fraud-prevention, or regulatory requirements.

• You can delete your account. You may permanently delete your Bio360AI account through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your account information, uploaded documents, Health Digital Twin information, assessments, and personalized insights are removed from active Bio360AI systems, subject to limited retention when required for legitimate legal, security, backup, or regulatory purposes.

Using Bio360AI Responsibly

• Your account is for your use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

• Provide information you are authorized to use. Information and documents you submit should belong to you or be information you have permission to provide. You should not submit another person's health records or personal information without appropriate authorization.

• Accurate information matters. Bio360AI's results depend in part on the information available to it. Incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or incorrectly entered information may affect the relevance or accuracy of results.

• Use Bio360AI lawfully. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, introduce malicious software, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where permitted by law, or use Bio360AI for unlawful purposes.

• Personal use. Unless separately authorized by us, Bio360AI is intended for personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, commercially redistribute, or provide unauthorized access to the service.

Understanding Bio360AI's Health Information

• Bio360AI is an informational health and wellness tool. Health scores, risk estimates, trends, simulations, projections, alerts, and AI-assisted insights are intended to help you better understand and engage with your health information. They are provided for informational and educational purposes.

• Bio360AI is not a healthcare provider. Bio360AI and Smartified Solutions Inc. do not practice medicine through the application. Information provided by Bio360AI is not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or individualized treatment plan.

• Results are estimates, not medical conclusions. Bio360AI may use computational models, statistical relationships, research data, and information available to the service. These methods have limitations and cannot account for every factor affecting an individual's health.

• Results may not always be complete or accurate. Digital health tools, computational models, AI-assisted systems, connected devices, and user-provided information can contain errors, omissions, or uncertainties. Bio360AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of every result.

• Results may change over time. Your information, available research, datasets, models, and technology may change. As a result, scores, estimates, projections, or other insights may change as additional information becomes available.

• No health outcome is guaranteed. Bio360AI does not guarantee that following an insight, simulation, or other information presented by the service will prevent disease, improve a condition, or result in a particular health outcome

Use Bio360AI Alongside Professional Medical Care

• Your healthcare professional remains the best source for medical decisions. A qualified healthcare professional can consider your complete medical history, symptoms, physical examination, laboratory results, medications, and individual circumstances when making clinical decisions.

• Do not make medical decisions based solely on Bio360AI. You should not start, stop, or change medications, treatments, supplements, therapies, procedures, or other medical care solely because of information presented by Bio360AI.

• Discuss meaningful findings with a healthcare professional. Health concerns, symptoms, unusual results, significant changes, or questions raised by Bio360AI should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

• Bio360AI can support conversations about your health. You may choose to share relevant Bio360AI reports or insights with your healthcare professional as an additional source of information for discussion.

• Bio360AI is not an emergency service. The service is not designed or intended to diagnose, monitor, detect, or respond to medical emergencies and should not be relied upon to determine whether emergency medical attention is necessary.

• Seek immediate help when appropriate. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 in the United States or your applicable local emergency number, or seek immediate medical attention. Do not delay medical care because of information provided, or not provided, by Bio360AI.

Service, Ownership & Responsibilities

• Your information and records remain yours. Using Bio360AI does not transfer ownership of information or documents you provide to Smartified Solutions Inc. Our handling of information is governed separately by our Privacy Policy.

• Bio360AI technology is protected. The Bio360AI software, interfaces, branding, designs, algorithms, models, documentation, and other proprietary technology are owned by Smartified Solutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

• Bio360AI will continue to evolve. We may add, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We will provide appropriate notice where a material change requires notice under applicable law.

• Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, internet connectivity, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability or functionality.

• We may restrict misuse. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with applicable law, investigate misuse, or address material violations of these Terms.

• Third-party services may have separate terms. Some optional Bio360AI functionality may interact with products or services provided by other companies. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms.

• Our responsibility has reasonable limits. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smartified Solutions Inc. and Bio360AI are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Bio360AI. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

• These Terms may be updated. We may revise these Terms as Bio360AI, applicable laws, or our services evolve. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated when required.
